Even though Meadowcreek Village is entirely within the city of Houston, it is served by two school districts. School district borders do not always coincide with municipal borders because school districts often include unincorporated land before it is annexed by a city. Areas west of Flagstone Terrace are in the Houston Independent School District. Areas east of Flagstone Terrace are in the Pasadena Independent School District.
