Meadowcreek Village is a deed-restricted neighborhood. These restrictions help us preserve the residential character of the community and the quality of life we enjoy. They include regulations pertaining to the type and placement of buildings on a lot, construction standards, fences, animals permitted, and other uses of the property. Transcriptions of neighborhood deed restrictions are provided here for your information. If you need an official certified copy of your deed restrictions, contact the office of the Harris County Clerk.
The neighborhood was developed in sections over a period of more than 40 years. Each section has its own set of deed restrictions. If you are not sure in which section your property is located, look at the property description on the title or tax bill.
|Section One||Section Seven|
|Section Two||Section Eight|
|Section Three||Section Nine|
|Section Four||Section Ten|
|Section Five||Section Eleven|
|Section Six||Section Twelve|
In addition to the deed restrictions, the Subdivision Plats show property lines, easements, and set specific limits on the use of property within the neighborhood.
If you suspect a violation of neighborhood deed restrictions, the Meadowcreek Village Civic Club can help with enforcement.
If you are planning to build or remodel in Meadowcreek Village, construction must meet the requirements set forth in your deed restrictions. Avoid potential problems by reviewing your plans carefully.
